Shorashai Orah has been established to function as the synagogue's sisterhood, from where the "roots" of our kehillah will grow and flourish. We would love women to get involved to help shape this committee, build a stronger, more cohesive community among us, and to make the synagogue's presence even more known and respected in our community.  Some of the areas for which Shorashai Orah will be responsible include: arranging housing and meals for Shabbat guests, assembling and delivering welcome packages to new members, bikur cholim, youth programs, family/holiday programs and community events.
